We do not ship to PO Boxes. 

 

Orders cannot be modified or cancelled once they have been fulfilled. 

 

Orders $300+ may require a signature upon delivery. This option is at the discretion of MuscleGun sales team. 

 

Unless a specific delivery method is selected during checkout, all free shipping will be delivered with a selected carrier at the discretion of MuscleGun sales team.

 

Canadian Shipping Info

Orders will be shipped directly from our Los Angeles warehouse using DHL. Your tracking number will show it has been accepted once it has arrived in Downtown Los Angeles (~1-2 days). Your tracking information will not update until Canada Post has picked it up after crossing the border. This timeframe can be anywhere from 1-4 weeks.

All customers are responsible for any local charges should they apply.


Order Status

You will receive an order confirmation once your order has been approved and your card has been charged. All payment methods are charged at the moment you complete your purchase, we do not charge upon shipment. Your shipping confirmation/tracking will be sent after your order has been processed and shipped. If you have not received an order confirmation within 24 hours please check your spam folder.

Please allow 1-2 business days for tracking to update, and an additional 2-3 business days during holidays or other shipping service delays.

If your tracking shows "delivered" but your package is not there, allow 2 business days before reaching out. In addition, please check with other household members, neighbors, any backdoors, bushes, and anywhere else your package could be left for security. 

We are pleased to offer our customers Route Shipping Insurance. This insurance is paid for by you, the customer, and covers any/all lost packages, damaged packages, or stolen packages. By removing Route Insurance you are releasing MuscleGuns of all liability should the unfortunate event of a damaged/missing delivery occurs.  Please see our FAQ page for claim information.

 

Return Policy

Devices may be returned if they are:

  • with original packaging intact. This includes the labelled product box it was shipped in.
  • free of damage including dents and scratches.

Your return package must be postmarked back to us within 90-days of purchase in order to receive refund and 2-years from date of purchase for any and all warranty replacements. The amount refunded will be the cost of the item paid, minus shipping/handling fees and Route Package Protection fees. Items returned after the refund window are not eligible for refund and will be at the customer's expense to have it returned.

If your return arrives with scratches, dents, or any other specs listed in our return policy, your return will not be processed and will be at the customer's expense to have it returned.

 

For a return address you must complete our return form that is located in our header and footer menus. Please do not ship your return until it has been approved by our sales team, unless otherwise discussed. This can take 1-3 business days.

 

Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees. If you require a warranty replacement please reach out to orders@muscleguns.com with a video showing the faulty aspect, and your order number.

 

 

If your return is lost in transit you must contact the shipping service directly to locate your package and file a claim for the amount you insured.

 

If you would like to return an item that was gifted to you, please email orders@muscleguns.com with the buyer’s name and order number. The buyer will not be contacted; it will simply help us find the order and act as proof of purchase to issue store credit for your return.
