I received the item just a couple days after I placed my order, and it was in very good condition. The item came with everything as posted on the website and it works great. Best massage gun I've ever used by far. I love the MuscleGun. I've been very active in sports and fitness most of my life, and I'm 34 years old. I've done just about every sport someone can do, plus I was a personal trainer, and lifting basically took over my life for quite some and this is the only thing I have ever found that even comes close to that of getting a professional massage from a massage therapist who specializes in sports related therapy. I am extremely thankful for this product it's absolutely amazing.
